A:To pay your order for CROWN MY HAIR, follow the steps below:

1) Select the order and click the "View Cart" button

 2）Choose paypal payment method on the checkout page

3) Choose country, city, state, and zip code

4) Choose delivery option

5) Continue to paypal

(If you don't have paypal continue as guest)

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept the following payment methods:

Q:Why did my payment fail?

A:If your payment for an order has failed, please check it is not due to the following situations:

*Card security code failed 

(Card security code is the short numeric code on the back of your credit card.)

*Insufficient fund

*Billing name doesn't match cardholder name

(Billing name has to match with the cardholders name)

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Here is how you track your order:

Track your shipment by using the tracking number provided to you via email once your item(s) have been shipped. You cannot track your order before it has been shipped.

If you don’t know what your  tracking number is or if you’re having difficulty tracking your package, feel free to contact our customer service department for assistance.

Q:I can't track my order using the tracking number provided. What can I do?

A:If you can't track your order using the tracking number provided:

*Please contact us by clicking contact us to send us messages.

*Please contact the shipping company to confirm if the order was dispatched.

Sometimes shipping companies take 1-2 days to update new delivery information on their website.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Depending on the delivery option you chose the package can be delivered with 3-5 business days or 5-10 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a  tracking number by email, enabling you to track your order.

 

Q: How much hair do I need? 

A: We recommend using approximately 8 to 10 ounces of hair. Purchase 2 bundles of hair for lengths 16" or shorter. Purchase 3 bundles for lengths 20″or longer. Each bundles weighs 3. 5 ounces.

Keep in mind that since the hair is sold by total weight the rule is:

“The longer the hair, the shorter the weft.”

Q: Can i color this hair? 

A: This is 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed. 

You can color the hair, however once the hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin.

Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.
